About The Artist
عازف ساكسفون وفلوت من عائلة فنية في مصر، حيث كان والدي يعمل طبيباً في المعهد العالي للموسيقى (الكونسرفتوار)، وهو نفس المكان الذي درست فيه من عمر سبع سنوات حتى حصلت على دبلوم بتقدير "جيد جداً". ومن شغفي بالتعلم، درست أيضاً "إدارة الأعمال" في جامعة عين شمس، بالإضافة إلى عملي كعازف فلوت في مطاعم سياحية بالقاهرة، ثم في فندق موفنبيك بطابا، حيث عملت لمدة عامين، قبل أن أنتقل إلى الغردقة. ومن الغردقة، عدت إلى القاهرة بخبرة كبيرة، ليس في العزف فقط، بل في التعامل مع العملاء وإدارة الحفلات. لذا، عملت في مطعم "Stage One" بفندق كونراد، والذي كان الأول في القاهرة ومصر بحسب "تريب أدفايزر"، ثم مطعم "Gravity" بفندق فور سيزونز الذي كان ضمن أفضل 5 مطاعم على "تريب أدفايزر"، وأيضاً مطعم "Nox" بفندق النيل ريتز كارلتون. من هنا، بدأت العمل في تنظيم حفلات الزفاف في العديد من الفنادق بمصر، بما في ذلك فندق دوسيت تاني، ماريوت الزمالك، وماريوت القاهرة، بالإضافة إلى حفلات في الأردن والسودان.

Customers Cancellation Policy
- General Guidelines
Clients and artists are encouraged to agree on refund terms directly before involving the Funank team. - Artist Compensation on Client Cancellation
By default, artists are entitled to 30% compensation if a client cancels after booking, unless a different percentage is agreed upon prior to payment.
However, artists should not request compensation if they have not incurred actual loss or effort, as this may harm their reputation and chances of securing future gigs. - Funank Service Fee
Funank charges a non-refundable 10% service fee, deducted from the total amount paid by the client.
This fee is retained regardless of cancellation outcome, and is not included in artist compensation (i.e., it is deducted first, then any refund or compensation is calculated on the remaining amount). - Artist-Initiated Cancellations
Artists must notify both the client and Funank immediately if they need to cancel.
A replacement artist will be offered where possible. If not accepted by the client, a full refund will be issued.
Unjustified cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension. - Schedule Changes
Any changes to event date or time must be mutually agreed upon. Refusal by either party may be treated as a cancellation and the policy above will apply.
