About The Artist
Madz fled the war in Syria aged 14, settling in Manchester UK, and has been pursuing his talent of Beatboxing ever since. Madz is not your conventional Beatboxer; he is a vocal sculptor - a craftsman, his integrity leading him to become the Royal Northern College of Music's first ever Beatbox student! Multi-dimensional, determined and progressive, Madz stands out as someone who is truly unique. From creating raves on the streets, to performing for 27 hours straight, he is nothing short of inspiring. You can expect everything from live progressive rhythmic & bass-heavy sets to the fusion of live music and EDM into one. Naeim produces his own digitalized vocal tracks which provide the background to his DJ sets, and has a sample pack available now. His many achievements include: Finalist in the England Beatbox Championships 2018, Guinness World Record holder, nominated for Youth Music's Young Leader Award 2019, and was even featured in the new National Plan for Music Education! Naeim is passionate and driven, a self-taught musician looking to push his musical abilities and inspire others. As a music facilitator, he worked with Music Action International to deliver therapeutic & social music workshops to people affected by war, torture and persecution. This included children, young people and vulnerable adults including refugees, asylum seekers and people with mental health challenges. Being a part of the National Plan for Music Education was so important to Madz as he came to the U.K. unable to speak English, and Beatboxing gave him his voice.

Things to know
Customers Cancellation Policy
- General Guidelines
Clients and artists are encouraged to agree on refund terms directly before involving the Funank team. - Artist Compensation on Client Cancellation
By default, artists are entitled to 30% compensation if a client cancels after booking, unless a different percentage is agreed upon prior to payment.
However, artists should not request compensation if they have not incurred actual loss or effort, as this may harm their reputation and chances of securing future gigs. - Funank Service Fee
Funank charges a non-refundable 10% service fee, deducted from the total amount paid by the client.
This fee is retained regardless of cancellation outcome, and is not included in artist compensation (i.e., it is deducted first, then any refund or compensation is calculated on the remaining amount). - Artist-Initiated Cancellations
Artists must notify both the client and Funank immediately if they need to cancel.
A replacement artist will be offered where possible. If not accepted by the client, a full refund will be issued.
Unjustified cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension. - Schedule Changes
Any changes to event date or time must be mutually agreed upon. Refusal by either party may be treated as a cancellation and the policy above will apply.
