### نبذة عن المشروع مشروعنا هو مجتمع فني يضم مجموعة من الفنانين الصاعدين والمحترفين في مجالات الغناء والعزف. منذ تأسيسه في عام 2021، نسعى جاهدين لخلق بيئة ملهمة ومناسبة للفنانين من جميع الأنواع، حيث نقدم لهم منصة للتعبير عن مواهبهم وتطوير مهاراتهم. ### الأهداف - **تطوير المواهب**: دعم الفنانين الصاعدين من خلال توفير فرص الأداء والتفاعل مع الجمهور. - **تنظيم الفعاليات**: خلق أجواء ممتعة من خلال حفلات الكاريوكي، وعروض الكوميديا، والعروض التفاعلية. - **بناء مجتمع فني**: تعزيز الروابط بين الفنانين والجمهور وتقديم تجارب فريدة من نوعها. ### الإنجازات - **عدد الحفلات**: قمنا بتنظيم أكثر من 80 حفلة ناجحة في مدينة جدة. - **تنوع الفعاليات**: تقديم حفلات كاريوكي، وعروض ستاند أب كوميدي، ومجموعة متنوعة من العروض الموسيقية. ### تأثير المشروع لقد ساهم مشروعنا في إحياء المشهد الفني في جدة، حيث منح الفنانين المحليين فرصة للتألق وتقديم مواهبهم، كما وفر للجمهور تجارب ترفيهية مميزة. ### المستقبل نهدف إلى توسيع نطاق مشروعنا ليشمل المزيد من الفعاليات والأنشطة، ونخطط للتعاون مع فنانين ومؤسسات ثقافية أخرى لتعزيز مشهد الفن المحلي. ### الختام مع استمرارنا في تطوير مجتمعنا الفني، نأمل في تقديم المزيد من الفرص للفنانين والجمهور على حد سواء، وخلق ذكريات لا تُنسى لكل من يشارك في حفلاتنا.

Customers Cancellation Policy
- General Guidelines
Clients and artists are encouraged to agree on refund terms directly before involving the Funank team. - Artist Compensation on Client Cancellation
By default, artists are entitled to 30% compensation if a client cancels after booking, unless a different percentage is agreed upon prior to payment.
However, artists should not request compensation if they have not incurred actual loss or effort, as this may harm their reputation and chances of securing future gigs. - Funank Service Fee
Funank charges a non-refundable 10% service fee, deducted from the total amount paid by the client.
This fee is retained regardless of cancellation outcome, and is not included in artist compensation (i.e., it is deducted first, then any refund or compensation is calculated on the remaining amount). - Artist-Initiated Cancellations
Artists must notify both the client and Funank immediately if they need to cancel.
A replacement artist will be offered where possible. If not accepted by the client, a full refund will be issued.
Unjustified cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension. - Schedule Changes
Any changes to event date or time must be mutually agreed upon. Refusal by either party may be treated as a cancellation and the policy above will apply.
